Greentech Bioscience has established a broad range of well-characterized syngeneic tumor mouse models for research and testing of immuno-oncology therapeutics. Syngeneic models, also known as mouse allograft models, are immunocompetent mice engrafted with immortalized mouse-derived cancer cell lines. Our syngeneic tumor mouse models can be established by subcutaneous or orthotopic implantation of tumor cells into mice with an intact or deficient immune system. Syngeneic models serve as an inexpensive, relatively simple, immunocompetent model for immunotherapy testing. We also provide over 100 validated cell line-derived xenograft (CDX) models for efficient assessment of immunotherapies.
