Greentech Bioscience specializes in offering many forms of histopathology services, including histologic processing and histopathologic evaluation. The pathologists and staff are experienced in providing high quality histopathology services and ensure all aspects of histology is in compliance with SOPs.

Histopathology Service Content

In addition to standard hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) histology, we perform a wide variety of special stains and techniques. Our services include section preparation, staining and pathological interpretation.

Specimen processing (decalcification of bone tissue), paraffin embedding, paraffin sectioning, frozen tissue processing and sectioning

Conventional hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stain and a variety of special stains such as oil red stain, Masson stain, PAS stain, sirius red stain.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining for specific cellular components, immunofluorescence (IF), TUNEL assay, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)

Digital pathology scanning, optical/fluorescent microscope image capture

Pathological interpretation for toxicology and pharmacology evaluation in a wide variety of tissues including gastrointestinal tract, bones and joints, liver, heart, kidney, lungs, skin, brain, skeletal muscle, adipose, eye, immune system, reproductive system.

Equipment & Instruments

The histopathological assessment platform is equipped with a full set of histopathology equipment and instruments, including automated tissue processor, tissue embedding system, rotary microtome, freezing microtome, research-level fluorescence microscope and digital pathology scanner.
